About this Event
Our sessions are only available to families who live within EH6/EH7 and must have at least one child under 1 year of age.
Join us at the centre where Roz will guide you through exercises such as dumbell/kettlebell exercises, pilates, stretching, yoga as well as pelvic floor work. Your little ones can attend the class with you, we will provide small toys to help to keep them entertained.
Parents must be at least 2 months post-partum and have had their post natal check.
This session is only for babies under 1 year of age.
Please note that this group is free, however we do appreciate donations when possible. Donations are non-refundable.
