About this Event
The University of Stirling opened on 18th September 1967. Situated on the historic Airthrey Estate, the university welcomed 195 students. A short historical walking tour by University Archivist, Karl Magee, about the history of the University of Stirling, its place in the wider story of Stirling, and the documents which trace its growth and development. Ends with an opportunity to view documents and memorabilia relating to the history of the University.
We'll meet at the front of the Pathfoot Building, home of the University Art Collection and continue on to the Univeristy Archives, in the Library.

Pathfoot is in the University of Stirling Campus, FK9 4LA and can be seen up on the slope on your left as you enter the campus by the main entrance.
