MEETING POINT is at the entrance between Holy Rude Kirk and Mar Wark
Mar's Wark Cemetery, is located between the old Mar's Wark townhouse and Valley Cemetery. The cemetery is named after the famous "Mar's Wark" a townhouse that dates back to 1570, built by John Earl of Mar, the then Governor of Stirling Castle. The CWGC commemorate 48 Commonwealth service personnel who served and died during either the First or Second World War in this cemetery.
Parking nearby; no toilet facilities on site; sloping ground.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
