Please wear clothes that let you move freely, we recommend sweats or leggings and socks for warm up, and for those who want to try some climbing and pole sits at the end of class, bring SHORT shorts for that much needed skin-to-pole contact.✨

Of course feel free to get dressed up, and bring your Pleasers (or equivalent) if you have them, just know there will be some floorwork so you may want covered legs at the beginning of class.😘

Born and raised in Southern California to South Asian Muslim immigrants, she has spent her career as a community lawyer fighting to protect renters, building more housing, and improving the lives of working families. Her decades of experience as an advocate, public interest attorney, and government attorney has prepared her to deliver the change our city needs.
