FOR CURRENT PHD STUDENTS AT KING'S
Join the Doctoral College on a trip to one of London's many free entry museums and galleries. Each month we'll meet at the North entrance to Bush house at 13.00 before heading off to a museum or gallery that has free entry and after spending some time wandering around it we'll head to a local cafe for some coffee/tea and cake!
This month we'll be visiting the Petrie Museum of Egyptology at University College London (https://www.ucl.ac.uk/museums-collections/petrie-museum-egyptian-and-sudanese-archaeology) which has items that represent all facets of life along the Nile Valley: pharaohs and ordinary people, children, craftspeople, animals, and plant life, across millennia of Egyptian history.
