About the Speaker
Natalia Kaplan is the Founder and Principal of On Point Agency Inc., an award-winning Montréal-based creative studio known for bold, unconventional marketing that actually makes people feel something. With over a decade of experience in strategy, branding, and campaign design, she has built a reputation for ideas that are clever, human, and impossible to ignore.
Trained in psychology before pivoting to marketing, Natalia brings a deep understanding of what captures attention and moves people to act. Her agency works with brands across industries, from AI and defence tech to lifestyle and wellness, crafting stories that connect data, emotion, and purpose.
As an immigrant and LGBTQ2S+ entrepreneur, she is committed to making creativity more accessible through mentorship and sliding-scale support for underrepresented founders. Natalia also teaches marketing and storytelling at McGill, UQAM, and York University, helping entrepreneurs build brands that don’t just stand out but become unforgettable.
