A Taste of the Seasons: Culinary Creativity for Future Hospitality Professionals
This three-course lunch experience invites high school students with an interest in hospitality and culinary arts to explore the connection between seasonality and cuisine in a fun and interactive setting.
Each course will celebrate a different season, enhanced by engaging activities like a build-your-own dessert station, a seasonally themed Spotify playlist, and a lively Kahoot quiz to test culinary knowledge.
