About this Event
This class is about going into our breath as a tool for reducing anxiety and stress and learning to stay in restorative yoga poses. Learning to let the body rest and recharge and feel supported. The class will start with some breathwork then we will do about an hour of restorative yoga with hands on reiki then we will have a reiki circle in which each participant will be sitting and breathing intentionally and I will do some reiki.
I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and am currently completing my 200 hour teacher training at Shakti Yoga in Woodstock. I am also a Reiki Master and offer hands on energy healing and adjustments throughout the class. I have been leading women’s circles and healing rituals and am looking forward to bringing the same energy to my yoga classes
