Surya Skewers
Golden turmeric & black pepper Pumpkin, Capsicum & Tofu skewers, a butter bean, ginger & curry leaf puree. Finished with popped sorghum. (Allergens: soy)

Bombay Classics come to the Bridge!
Bombay Vada Pau
Brioche bun filled with a spiced potato fritter or Vada, coated in gram flour, with a spicy green chutney, garlic and chilli powder. (Allergens: wheat, mustard)
London Bhel
Spiced beetroot, sweet potato, red onion, crispy kale, with fried garden peas, Bombay mix & chutneys, served with semolina puri. (Allergens: wheat)

who's cooking?
Through a series of supper clubs, pop-ups and brunches, East-London based chef Punam Vaja shares the stories of food and memory with dishes that form parts of her identity; a first generation born British Indian with roots in Gujarat, Mumbai and East Africa. Her food evokes nostalgia and familial warmth that harmonises tradition and innovation through her brand Khao Suppers.
