National Property Transaction Network | LMS

For over 30 years, we have been building upon our network of lenders, law firms, brokers, estate agents, and introducers. And now we have democratised our ecosystem.

The early learnings from our industry-first pilot, which launched in September 2024, proved to positively impact the conveyancing journey. Our findings also solidified the importance of an open-loop network, so this is why we created National Property Transaction Network (NPTN).

By decoupling our well-established transaction network from its core applications, we have made our ecosystem accessible for everyone.

The more stakeholders that get involved, the more chains that we can positively impact, and, together, we can improve the home-buying and selling journey and shape the future of conveyancing.

NPTN is underpinned by the Open Property Data Association (OPDA) and the Property Data Trust Framework (PDTF), a standardised set of data and governance principles, so that data can be authenticated and reused by stakeholders – and NPTN is a way of managing and distributing that data, acting as a trusted third party.
