Diarmuid has spent a decade cooking his way through some of London’s best — Cafe Murano, Grain Store, Trullo, Sager + Wild, and Bar Bruno.
Drawing inspiration from his Irish roots and the refined techniques of modern European cuisine, Diarmuid will present a one-night-only menu at Boundary that celebrates the very best of the season including: Fried potato farls, Smoked ham hock butter and caviar; Seabass Crudo, grilled blood orange, jalapeno and black sesame; Crispy lamb rib, barley, broad bean, wild garlic and St tola cheese; and a dessert showcasing the best of rhubarb (menu subject to change depending on seasonal availability).
The rooftop at Boundary boasts the best views in East London overseeing the dramatic Shoreditch and City skyline. Dinner will be served inside the heated glass-sided Orangery.
