About this Event
You are welcome to gather to play with fabric, yarn and a needle guided by May WIP artist Ye'ela Wilschanski. Whether you are interested in embroidering your personal diaristic imagery or a pattern, this embroidery workshop will support creating your vision. You are encouraged to bring something of your own you want to personalise into an heirloom item, such as a pillow case, table cloth, garment, tote bag, etc., or use fabric to create a patch from TAC's scrap bin. The embroidery stitches taught will be couching, stem, and fill, as well as transferring a drawing from paper onto fabric.
