This joyful and inspiring class combines fun games, hands-on activities, and stories based on the teachings of Buddha. Through meditation and simple Dharma lessons, seeds of wisdom are gently planted, growing into insights that can guide them throughout their lives.
Children explore practical ways to deal with everyday challenges, grow their love and compassion for others, and learn a calming meditation to help them feel peaceful and happy.
By attending regularly, children can strengthen valuable life skills such as empathy, self-awareness, respect, concentration, and emotional resilience.
Please note: While your child attends class, you are welcome to stay with them or join the adult meditation session upstairs during this time.
These classes are held on some Sundays, in conjunction with the main meditation/teaching upstairs. Please check schedule for dates.

Cost: $5 for children; $15 for main session upstairs (book adult session separately)
