Devin Cuddy grew up digging through his father Jim Cuddy’s record collection, discovering Louis Armstrong and New Orleans piano legends like Dr. John and Professor Longhair. Those sounds shaped the piano-driven roots style at the heart of his music today.
After studying jazz piano at York University, Cuddy found his footing at Toronto’s Cameron House, building a loyal following with energetic weekly piano shows and sharp, character-driven songs. Blending New Orleans blues, outlaw country, and roots rock, his JUNO-nominated debut helped establish him as a standout performer with a powerful live show.
