About this Event
This practical session is part of the Inclusive Talent Brokerage (ITB) programme, which sits within the Inclusive Talent Strategy and is delivered in collaboration with the Mayor of London and the Greater London Authority (GLA). It has been developed in response to requests from employers and Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) to create space for shared learning and collaboration around inclusive hiring.
ITB connects employers with underrepresented, job-ready talent through trusted CBO partners, while supporting fairer recruitment and inclusive in-work practices.
What to expect
- CBO-led workshops sharing practical approaches to inclusive hiring
- Creating inclusive job descriptions
- Fair recruitment and interview practices
- Supporting and retaining talent once in work
- Employer–CBO networking
- Space for employers to share existing programmes and explore how we can work together
This is a collaborative, action-focused session for employers at any stage of their inclusive hiring journey.
