Date & Time: Sunday, January 18th | 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM PT (2.5 hours)


Location: The Sign Room, Sports Basement Presidio, San Francisco (Local, in-person event)


Audience: 30 women (Space is limited—reserve your spot today!)

What You'll Experience: This interactive workshop blends movement, introspection, and practical skill-building to help you navigate life's transitions with confidence. The agenda is thoughtfully curated to provide immediate impact:

  • Intro & Movement: Center yourself with gentle movement, stretching, and breathing exercises to start the day grounded.
  • Icebreaker & Connection: Engage in breakout groups to foster early connections with a supportive community of like-minded women.
  • Interactive Repositioning Exercise: Dive into a hands-on activity to redefine your path and challenge limiting beliefs.
  • Break & Refreshments: Re-energize with provided food and beverages, and connect informally with fellow attendees.
  • Life By Design: Participate in a powerful session offering actionable strategies you can implement right away to shape your future.
  • Closing Activity & Remarks: Conclude the day with a meaningful exercise, and learn how to stay connected with our community.

Notes for Attendees:

  • Attire: Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for light movement and stretching. Plan to bring an extra layer as temperatures are unpredictable.
  • Parking: Park in appropriate designated lots outside of Sports Basement.
  • What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Notepads and pens will be provided.

About Lee Forrester -

Lee Forrester is a Registered Nurse, certified personal trainer, and health coach with over a decade of experience helping women rewrite their health stories from the inside out. After years of watching women struggle with weight gain, hormonal shifts, low energy, and metabolic challenges that often intensify with age, she made it her mission to challenge the belief that midlife means decline. Lee empowers women 40+ to reclaim their strength, confidence, and vitality—without extreme diets, shame, or rigid programs.

Her holistic, science-backed approach blends fitness, nutrition, and mindset coaching to create lasting transformation. Lee also brings her voice-forward philosophy through her acclaimed book, SPEAK: A Guide to Unleashing Every Woman’s Voice, where she helps women stop shrinking, start sharing, and design lives fueled by purpose—not pressure. About Dominique McSwain -

Dominique is a former Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at AbbVie with a diverse HR background, covering everything from Recruiting and Business HR to Facilitation and Process Optimization. Before AbbVie, she gained experience at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Hollister Medical Devices, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her work. She has a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Webster University.


Dominique is passionate about development, hiking, traveling, and community service, having visited over 25 countries that enrich her global perspective. With over 20 years of HR experience, she adopts a thoughtful and strategic approach to create meaningful and engaging experiences that leave a lasting impact.
