About this Event
Many offices today still produce the "Sunday Scaries" for people. Employees might dread leaving their home office, dealing with the commute, only to work in an office that's too noisy (or too empty), too cold (or too hot), or too crowded (or too lonely). When the home office already provides better functional support, the purpose of the office goes back to why place mattered to begin with—it's where people get together, learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.
But simply filling the office with more collaborative settings doesn’t lead to better or more collaboration. The relationships between people shape their activities, which in turn influence their choice of spaces. In this webinar, we will share how connections shape the use of the built environment and how to design spaces where meaningful connections can flourish.
