Breastfeeding Your Newborn - Online Session

This session has been created for new parents who are breastfeeding their newborn babies. It will provide you with more information about what to expect in the coming weeks and months and will give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about breastfeeding your newborn.

The session covers:

• The ‘Fourth Trimester’
• Growth spurts
• Establishing breastfeeding
• Feeding positions
• Expressing and storage of breastmilk
• Introducing a bottle, including paced and responsive bottle feeding
• Safer sleep and breastfeeding
