Michelle is the founding designer at Gradient Labs, building AI support agents for financial services. She's shaped the company's brand and GTM positioning while designing a product that lets customers instruct their AI agent through an intuitive experience that focuses on building confidence and a sense of control. She's an experienced designer who loves taking products and brands from 0 to 1, and beyond. She has experience across the entire product lifecycle – from early discovery validating product-market fit, all the way to maturity and continuous growth in industries like climate tech and support platforms.
