In this workshop, collective suffering, consciously entered and carefully held, becomes a rehearsal of that descent. It challenges the idea that growth is comfortable, and instead invites us into intensity as a gateway to presence.
We take core elements of 8 D S M beyond one-to-one play, and explore them as a shared, collective experience.
Through Playlab-inspired methods, we expand beyond individual dynamics and explore how power and submission can move through a group creating a field that is both facilitated and co-created. The Playlab is an ongoing experimental platform at House of Play using artistic methodologies and tools.
The DESCENT series invites participants into a two-part journey — moving from this structured ritual (DESCENT I - Ritual Submission on May 8th) into shared a group exploration (DESCENT II — Collective Suffering). You can buy the tickets together or apart.
