Join Habitual Roots with our team for Wednesday Evening movement, live music from local artist Parasox and mindful mingling at Mockingbird
Parking on side streets around the space, we will be meeting in the creative event space
The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We then work to integrate the teaching we receive on our mats into life.
This is a 60 minute- all levels class that will include movement as well an opportunity to mingle (safely) together, discussing varying topics as we support each other in an ever changing world.
This class is accessible to all, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace.

PRICING FOR WORKSHOPS AND SERIES-BASED OFFERINGS ARE TIERED:
Tier one: covers part of our costs. Choose this option if you need financial assistance.
Tier two: is market rate for similar classes in our area.
Tier three: is priced slightly higher than market rate, allowing those who are able to pay it forward for our scholarship students.
