Hey Ottawa Ruck Club!We will be hosting a Demo Day and Question and Answer period about rucking and club events on May 27 at 6:30 p.m. at the Royal Oak Centrepointe. We will meet at the green strip just outside the patio.
We will be:
- bringing a variety of rucks you can try on
- going over how to load weight in a ruck
- tips on how to use your existing bags (bring them)
- what to bring on a ruck
- shoes to wear
- we will bring training sandbags for you to test out.
Question and Answer period will include:
- what is Ottawa Ruck Club all about?
- why should rucking be a part of your workout?
- how do I get involved?
- upcoming events
- and any other questions you might have.
At 7:00 p.m. we will be leading a group workout, so if you are interested in sticking around you can join us for a 45 minute workout.
