Reception - La Vida en Axocopan - Del Maguey Puebla Champagne Cocktail with a Mexican Charcuterie, Drunken Oyster, and Salsa Bar. Create your own plate with this classic cocktail while Chef Javier makes Guacamole Fresh in a Traditional Stone Bowl for everyone to sample.
1st Course - Las Milpas Mezcal with Ensalada Fresca. Perfect for Summer! Beautiful smoky Mezcal with a Marinated Watermelon Chunks tossed with Cilantro, Jalapeno, and Cotija Cheese.
2nd Course - Arroqueno Mezcal. Del Maguey Arroqueno goes perfectly with Chef Javier's Queso Fundido & Wagyu Bone Marrow Shank. Served with House-Made Corn Tortillas you can make a "One of a Kind" wrap of deliciousness. Want another ounce of Arroqueno for no charge? All you have to do is turn your Wagyu Bone Canoe into your own personal Mezcal Luge!
3rd Course - Tobala Mezcal. Chef has brought the Japanese "Wagyu of Pork" raised by Sakura! With this he will be doing a Traditional Cochinita Pibil w/ Baby Elote (Street Corn). This Mexican Style Barbecue will blow you away!
4th Course - Chichicapa Mezcal. Did somebody say Quatro Leches? Pastry Chef Monica has created the 4th Milk in the Mexican Style Cake with a layer of Chichicapa Caramel!
