By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, this practice supports physical, emotional, and mental relaxation. It's an ideal way to unwind after a long day, reconnect with your inner world, and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.
You’ll be guided through a nurturing sequence in a supportive space, with the intention of helping you feel restored, centred and held.
This class is held in English and is beginner-friendly.
The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. Bring your own mat or use one of ours at the studio.
