About this Event

Deep Mobility & Stretch Flow is a 60-minute guided session combining mobility drills, intentional stretching, and breathwork to help you:

release tension in hips, hamstrings, low back, chest, and shoulders
improve range of motion and posture
reduce stress and calm your nervous system
feel lighter, looser, and more grounded

This is a small-group experience (max 5) so you’ll receive personalized guidance and safe modifications. Perfect if you sit a lot, train hard, feel stiff, carry stress in your shoulders/neck, or want a consistent self-care practice.

No flexibility required. We move slowly and intentionally with options for every level.
