About this Event
Join Simon Callow for a memorable evening of music and storytelling. Sing along to some of the most cherished Christmas carols and leave feeling uplifted and inspired.
As well as hosting the evening, Simon will read excerpts from Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, bringing the timeless story to life in one of London’s most beautiful settings, All Hallows by the Tower.
Following a sold out show last year, Deck the Halls with Streetwise Opera returns for its fourth year as part of London’s winter celebrations. This year’s programme features the premiere of a brand-new Christmas carol, which was created by people who are homeless, through workshops at The Connection at St Martin’s.
Participants from Streetwise Opera’s weekly London workshops will lead the audience in singing much-loved Christmas carols. The guest artists for this evening will be announced soon.
All proceeds from the event will support Streetwise Opera’s mission to inspire and empower people who’ve experienced homelessness. Through singing and creativity, we help people regain confidence, rediscover their potential and find inspiration as they rebuild their lives.
Seating is unreserved and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to book 10 tickets or more, please contact [email protected] for a 10% discount code before placing your order. All Hallows by the Tower is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
