December Yoga & Community Lunch - a TLC Yoga Fundraiser!

These are donation based classes. Reserve your spot through Eventbrite and donations can be made . Join one or both of the classes.
Please give generously to support TLC Yoga in continuing it's unique service of yoga, meals and community to individuals experiencing homelessness around Atlanta.

10:00am: Morning Yoga Flow with Sumanah Khan

Join Sumanah for a thoughtful vinyasa flow set to a playlist of soothing chants and chill beats. Sumanah is skilled in guiding you through an intense rhythm of movement while keeping the mood light and playful. This class is for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.

Sumanah is a 300-hour certified yoga instructor who found her yoga practice in 2012- a few months after her final heart surgery and 6 years after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure.What Sumanah has gained from yoga is an intuitive knowing and appreciation of her own body and natural state that she had never experienced before. She gained strength, grounding, connection, and community; peace, empathy, and presence. Sumanah’s practice and devotion to yoga has become a way of being and existing in this world. She is privileged to share it with others. She currently teaches and resides in Atlanta, GA.

11:15am: Sound. Stillness. Space. Restorative Yoga with Live Music with Ashley Erwin of TLC Yoga and Matthew Pendrick

Join Ashley and Matthew Pendrick for a restorative yoga class with live musical accompaniment. This slow, gentle class uses props to fully support your body, helping you release tension and rest deeply. As Ashley guides you through the practice, Matthew will provide a live instrumental soundtrack using concepts from holistic sound therapy and ambient music to help you rest and relax. Together they hope you will enjoy this unique experience and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. You can learn more about Ashley here:
