A hands-on insight into vocal technique and interpretationThis vocal masterclass with acclaimed composer and soprano Prof. Deborah Cheetham Fraillon AO, offers singers a rare opportunity to work closely with one of Australia’s most respected musical voices.
Four to five singers will be selected in advance to perform and receive detailed, practical guidance on vocal technique, musical interpretation and artistic communication during the masterclass. Participating singers will be chosen via audition, submitting two contrasting pieces, one of which must be by an Australian composer. Observers are warmly encouraged to attend, gaining valuable insight by watching the coaching process and learning from Prof. Cheetham Fraillon’s thoughtful, generous approach to developing expressive, confident performers.
