De-Armouring & Voice Activation Circle ~ Open to All Genders

This space is created to welcome anyone who feels called to reconnect with their body, soften old armour, and reclaim their authentic voice.
About this Event

This de-armouring circle is a trauma-informed, somatic healing space open to all genders.

Although previous circles have been women-focused, this space is intentionally created to welcome every gender identity, anyone who feels called to reconnect with their body, soften old armour, and reclaim their authentic voice.

Why We Gather

Throughout life, many of us learn to suppress emotions to stay safe. Over time, this creates “armour”, tension, numbness, shutdown, or disconnection from our vitality, our voice, and our capacity for intimacy.

This circle offers a supportive space to gently unwind that armour through breath, movement, sound, touch, and embodied practices.

In This Circle, We Will Explore
  • Releasing stored emotions and unresolved past experiences
  • Softening armour in the heart, belly, pelvis, and voice
  • Reawakening authentic expression through voice activation
  • Cultivating body-based safety, grounding, and emotional clarity
  • Restoring natural, energetic and emotional flow

This Circle Is For You If You Are
  • Wanting a safe, inclusive space to process emotions
  • Carrying old patterns linked to intimacy, expression, or sexual energy
  • Craving a deeper connection with your body and your voice
  • Ready to open, feel, and transform at your own pace
  • Curious about somatic healing in a mixed-gender container

About Georg Stuby

George is a musician and psychologist (MSc) specialising in transformative work with plant medicines and body-focused, trauma-informed psychology.

Over the years, he has supported hundreds of souls in releasing deep-seated blocks, reconnecting with their essence, and living intentional, extraordinary lives aligned with their truth.

He has guided retreats and ceremonies around the world—most recently alongside Richard Branson on Necker Island—holding space for profound healing and awakening.

His work integrates:

  • Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Maté)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Somatic Experiencing (SE)
  • Music Therapy
  • Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
  • Breathwork

What emerges through his work is a deep homecoming: a felt sense of inner stillness, openness, and connection to one’s true self. Because clients

experience that place so fully, they begin to notice more quickly when they leave it—and they receive the tools to return, again and again, with clarity and compassion.

At the heart of Georg’s mission is a vision of global consciousness rising: a world where humans live in harmony with themselves, each other, and the Earth.
