The Chill Retreat is an intimate, small-group experience combining silent forest walking, guided breathwork, cold water immersion in the River Teign, nourishing food and deep sound healing. Designed to gently regulate the nervous system and reconnect you with your body and the natural world, this retreat offers space to slow down, breathe deeply and return home feeling grounded, restored and clear.
