Day Of Mindfulness

Join us for a peaceful and joyful day at St Columba's by the Castle Scottish Episcopal Church. The event will start on April 11, 2026 at 9:30am with a guided mindfulness session to help you to arrive and relax. This will be followed by a talk by the monks, and then a walking meditation outside. After eating our packed lunches together, we will enjoy a deep relaxation exercise, and then there will be a Q&A with the monks.

This event will help you to find some space and quiet right in the centre of bustling Edinburgh. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and there will be alternative options for the walking meditation. Please bring your own plant-based packed lunch. We will serve tea on site.

For ease of coordination and limitations on physical space, we require an Eventbrite ticket for admission. Donations will be used to support the running costs to make this event possible.
