In this workshop you will experience Dance for PD® (Parkinson's Disease), an international, research-backed program that has been shown to slow the progression of PD and other neurological disorders. The workshop addresses balance, gait and general motor skills in an environment of music, rhythm, creativity, improvisation, storytelling and the overall fun and joy of dance. The workshop is free to people living with Parkinson's, their care partners, family members, and those interested in learning more about the healing power of dance.
