Dallas Women's Alum Group

Reconnect to your time at Onsite with people who "get it!"

Recognizing the importance of community, connection, and acceptance, this group will help further enhance and examine the healthy environment you want to create for yourself while building relationships with like-minded women.

This group is for women only. You will be guided through exercises and check-ins by Onsite alum and coach Shannon West.

Join us every third Wednesday of the month!

The location is West Counseling offices at 4054 McKinney Ave. Suite 203, Dallas,Tx 75204 (parking across Elizabeth St. from the building)

Hi, I’m Shannon West and I am a Certified Professional Life Coach that has been in the mental health/treatment field for over 25 years. I received my Masters in Liberal Arts and Teaching Certification from SMU while my husband worked in the health center there completing his LPC hours. Together we co-founded two treatment centers and I served as business manager and “house mom’ for all the families and clients that went through the programs. We have also enjoyed doing our podcast, Filter Optional, in an attempt to live life aloud in order to help others. I have two adult boys now and have dedicated this empty nesting stage of life to empowering women on their journey to inner strength. I am also a 2 time participant in Onsite workshops and desire to help women continue to grow.
