Guests will see a demo and taste three cocktails with help and guidance from our team at Dad's Hat. In this class we will be making cocktails and using spirits that are deeply connected to the history of our country.
The cocktails featured will be a Jack Rose, Sazerac, and Clover Club.
These recipes represent multiples cocktail styles and building techniques. We will show each step along the way. Guests will also be able to taste the spirits used for the class.
We will also be pairing these cocktails with small bites.
