It’s back! The ever‑popular Dad & Daughter workshop for girls in grades 5 to 7 and their dads. Join Tasha & Kimberly as they explore the critical bond between dads and their daughters for growing healthy and confident young women. Through learning about neuro-science, fun games and deep discussions, you’ll learn ways to talk openly, handle conflict more smoothly and build deeper understanding. Dads will gain fresh insight into the teen world and leave feeling more connected and equipped to navigate the teen landscape ahead of him.

There will be a movement element to this workshop, wear comfortable clothing.

Pizza included.

Learning objectives:

• Understanding changes in the teen brain and how parenting approach needs to shift.
• What research says about the importance of a healthy dad & daughter relationship.
• Understanding real challenges of the tween and teen world.
• Strategies to handle tricky moments.
• Simple practices to stay connected.
