Cymatic Experience: Science, Yoga and Sound Bath

Cymatic Yoga is a 90-minute immersive experience that encompasses awe-inducing science and embodied yoga practice with a rejuvenating sound bath.

You’ll witness sound and light creating geometry in real time… projected around you like a living, breathing documentary you’re inside of. You’ll hear the science story of how vibration builds everything from snowflakes to your own heartbeat. You will live the story of sound through your body via a guided playful yoga flow, a journey synchronized with a curated soundscape that builds, crests, and dissolves. You don’t need to be “good” at yoga. You need to be willing to feel.

The experience ends with a deep sound bath and guided meditation that will leave you feeling like you just returned from somewhere magical.

This is not wellness as usual. This is evidence-based awe.
