About this Event
Let's experiment with Cyanotypes! Cyanotype is a photographic process where paper or fabric is treated with chemicals. Typically, artists place objects or negatives on top of the material and expose them to UV light. Areas blocked from the UV light remain white while the exposed areas turn indigo. This is a great lesson for figure/ground and/or positive and negative shapes or spaces.
Practice materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Participants will receive 2 hours of Act 48 credit.
