About this Event
In this multi-sensory class, Michelle Alva, will guide us through a journey, that will lead us to experience the magic of cultivating our loving, sexual, and creative energy. We will open our hearts and align to our authentic self on the path to deeper intimacy, love, and connection. The class will begin with a heart-coherence guided sound meditation to bring us into a deeper connection within, and with one another. Then we will tap into our innate feminine/masculine energies and innate wisdom with a guided experience to amplify our physiology of love. This class is for women, men, singles and couples.
