This workshop is for those seeking to cultivate inner peace, connect with their intuition, and bathe in healing frequencies. You will be guided through an energy medicine meditation, which will be followed by a relaxing sound bath. Laura Rebecca Sanchez is an energy medicine practitioner and trauma-informed nurse practitioner based in Oakland, CA. She is dedicated to guiding others in lasting, holistic healing. Laura’s mission is to support heart-centered individuals in stepping into their power, cultivating inner peace, and reclaiming their unique voice. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and is now studying sound healing at the Globe Institute. Laura integrates her education and experiences in Western medicine, energy healing, and modern-day mysticism into her writings, workshops, and 1:1 sessions.
