Cultivate Workshop Series
In celebration of this landmark year, New Earth Theatre is offering the Cultivate Workshop Series as a fundraiser for our 30th Anniversary campaign. Taking place from August to December, there will be new workshops on offer every month. For Novmeber, we are offering:
The Art of the Monologue
Join actress Lourdes Faberes in this 4 hour workshop on the Art of Monologues. First there will be a discussion on the different elements of the monologue. Then each participant will have the opportunity to perform their monolgue and receive feedback. After a little break, everyone will perform their monologue again, having let the notes sink in. The final half hour would be a dedicated Q&A session where, students can ask Lourdes anything about navigating the industry, especially as a BESEA, or just being an actor in general.
The Art of the Monologue is the November offering for the Cultivate Workshop Series, brought to you by New Earth Theatre as a fundraiser for its 30th Anniversary Campaign. . More workshops will be added regularly so be sure to check out what's on offer. All workshops are £15, plus the Eventbrite service charge of £1.63.
As this is a fundraiser, if you are able to, we ask that you consider donating on top of the £16.63 class fee and service charge.
