About this Event
Join Business Coach and Psychotherapist Diana Zelvin, LCSW, for a powerful and timely workshop that equips freelancers with the most important mindset and strategies to have you thinking and acting like the CEO you need to be to thrive in these times. Whether you’re experiencing fear, stress, instability, or a dip in momentum, this session will help you recalibrate and learn how to take the reins so you and your business are not only surviving but are robustly thriving today.
Why Freelancers Need a CEO Mindset
You can’t control the economy, but you can control how you show up—and that starts with your mindset. As a freelancer, your income, energy, and success are directly tied to how you think, lead, and respond to challenges. It’s easy to fall into survival mode when the world feels uncertain, but this is exactly when resilience and resourcefulness matter most. Your mindset shapes how you market yourself, price your work, pursue opportunities, and bounce back from setbacks—helping you stay visible, confident, and focused even in shaky times.
Many freelancers see themselves as “just a one-person operation,” but in reality, you’re the CEO of your business. That means your mindset, strategy, and ability to navigate uncertainty are just as important as your talent or craft. Thinking and acting like a CEO is a different skill set—and it’s one you must build if you want to succeed long-term. The freelancers who thrive, especially in unpredictable times, aren’t always the most skilled; they’re the ones who lead their business with clarity, charge what they’re worth, maintain momentum, and keep their eye on the big picture—even when the road ahead feels unclear.
What You’ll Learn
In this session, Diana will guide you through the essential mindset shifts every freelancer needs to start thinking and leading like a CEO. Diana will share practical tools to help you manage fear, rewire limiting beliefs, and make smarter, bolder decisions that support both immediate momentum and long-term growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply ready to level up, you’ll leave with a clearer vision, grounded mindset, and the strategies you need to lead your business forward—even in times of uncertainty.
