You’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation designed to activate and balance each of the seven chakras. Crystals and visualizations accompany every energy center, while carefully tuned singing bowls, resonating at the healing frequencies of each chakra, immerse you in sound. Optional Reiki energy healing will be offered throughout to deepen your energetic reset.
