Sister Souljas© presents CROWNED BY FIRE, a hands-on safety + self-defense experience created by and for Black women. Come laugh, sweat, learn, and leave sharpened.
Whether you’ve been curious about self-defense or just want to do something different and powerful with your crew, this is not your typical training. Expect real skills, real talk, and real connection with other women who see you and get you.
🔥 What’s Included:
- Self-Defense Training: Learn how to break holds, strike with confidence, and stay standing under pressure.
- Firearm Familiarity (No Bullets, No Noise): Get hands-on with SIRT laser pistols in a calm, controlled environment. No pressure. Just practice.
- Combining striking with firearm training: You will drill striking and then drawing your SIRT and getting shots on target.
- Sisterhood & Strategy: Connect with other Black women rising in power and purpose. This is about safety—but it’s also about soul.

What to Bring/Wear:
- T-shirt, Leggings for Self-Defense Session
- Jeans & Belt for Firearmed Training (holster if you have your own)
- Water bottle
- (Optional) Journal or notebook for reflection
- Barefeet, socks or mat shoes (NO OUTSIDE SHOES ALLOWED ON MATS)
- A heart open to learning, healing, and growing stronger
