-sharpen their awareness around assumptions, biases and stereotypes,
-learn about tools to understand and compare various cultural dimensions and their impact,
-hear about customs in different cultures to ensure interacting in a culturally appropriate manner,
-find common ground when people speak and think in a language different to theirs and communicate successfully with a diverse range of community members.
