Take some time off from everyday life and write yourself into wellness.
In this fun and creative session, we’ll use accessible and engaging writing exercises to spark our creativity while reflecting on ourselves and looking within - with the lovely and fluffy support of the amazing resident rescue cats, of course.
No prior experience is needed, everyone is welcome.
