This workshop is about stepping out of your head and into the moment. Through playful improv games and simple movement exercises, we’ll explore spontaneity, laughter, and connection.
No experience needed, just curiosity and the willingness to try something new.

2. Expressive Arts Workshop 🖌️
Self-expression | Creativity. Acceptance
Get ready for a lighthearted encounter with your inner critic! This session of expressive arts will focus on acceptance and releasing perfectionism. No art experience is needed for these workshops, simply your will to try.
Art supplies will be provided. You may want to bring a tote bag or folder to carry your artwork home with you.
Facilitated by Lacy - Art Therapist in training with a passion for self discovery and bringing people together
