Hosted by Flourish Art Accelerator and ILA Creative Studio, this immersive gathering is designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit of artists and creatives through intentional rest, community, and care. Whether you’re seeking balance, creative renewal, or connection, this experience is here to support your flourishing.
What to Expect:
Welcome & Networking (10:00 AM)Ease into the morning with light refreshments, ambient wellness music, and time to connect with fellow artists.
Opening Remarks + Intention Setting (10:25 AM)Hear from event hosts Tammi Bedolla (Flourish) and Rachel Gadson (ILA)
Main Workshop: Balance + Care for Artists (10:30 AM)Explore what it means to truly rest as a creative. Facilitated by Adia Sykes, this workshop unpacks how artists can find balance, care, and sustainability in their creative practice.
Guided Wellness Breakouts (11:15 AM)Participants will rotate through three 20-minute mini-sessions:
- Mindful Breathing & Gentle Movement – with Andrea Polk
- Healing Talk with a Health Practitioner – Dr. Lupe Hernandez
- Creative Release Session – Artist wellness journey shared by Dwight White
Closing Circle + Commitments to Flourish (12:20 PM)Reflect as a group, share a personal commitment to wellness.
