Creative Reset: Step Out of the Noise

This is your reset.
Creative Reset is a relaxed, in-person workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and explore your creative side without pressure.
No experience needed. No expectations. Just space to breathe, reflect, and try something different.
We’ll start gently, then move into a mix of guided reflection, simple creative exercises, and open time to explore whatever feels right for you. You can share, or not. Talk, or not. Go deep, or keep it light.
This is a space to step out of the usual “go go go” and into something more human, more present, and a little more playful.
You might leave with
• a new idea or insight
• a shift in perspective
• something you’ve created
• or simply a sense of “I really needed that”
