Who is this for?
Our workshops are aimed at anyone from beginners to more experienced creatives. You just need to be prepared to relax and enjoy the process of creating.
Our workshops run all year round in a range of venues. Workshops always include a drink and small refreshment.
Who are we?
We are an art teacher and counsellor who share a passion for the crossover between creativity and self-care. We're here to help you make the most of your me-time.
What happens on the day?
We'll provide you with a starting point to get creative, linked to our mindful moment and let you explore the materials and to enjoy the process. You may end up painting, cutting, collaging or doodling - there are no rules! Each session has a different theme so if you've been to our session before you'll explore something different.
The workshop will run for 2.5 hours where we will intersperse the time with mindfulness and creative activities at a relaxed pace.
All materials are provided plus hot drinks and refreshments will be included.
Nearby parking available at High Street Car Park, Town Centre, Billericay CM11 2AD which is free from 6pm.
