The Wheaton Park District invites all crafters and makers to show and sell your handmade work at the 2026 Cream of Wheaton festival!
The Cream of Wheaton Arts and Craft Fair will take place from Friday, June 5 through Sunday, June 7. Cream of Wheaton kicks off summer and will feature live music, food vendors, a beer garden, kids activities, a business expo and a carnival - and attracts 10,000+ attendees! Be part of the fun at the Arts and Craft Fair!
Arts and Craft Fair Schedule:
- Friday, June 5: 4-8P
- Saturday, June 6: 9A-8P
- Sunday, June 7: 12P-7P
* Vendors are welcome to stay later or end earlier than listed times on Friday and Saturday night. Live music goes until 9:30P on Friday and Saturday and 7P on Sunday.
Arts and Craft Fair Details:
- Booth spaces are 10 ft. x10 ft. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tents and displays, such as tables, hangers, boards, crates, sandbags, etc. There is no electricity available at booths.
- No food vendors or direct sales vendors will be accepted.
- Booth spaces are located on the street just outside Memorial Park. Streets are closed to vehicle traffic and Hale St. and Karlskoga Ave are used for vendors.
- This event is outside and will be held rain or shine. There is no rain site. Artists are encouraged to have suitable materials to protect work from inclement weather.
- Booths must be set-up by 4P on Friday and disassembled and packed away by 8P on Sunday. If you are not set up by 4P on Friday, you will not be able to begin set up until 9A on Saturday. Streets in the area will be closed on Saturday morning to accommodate the Cosley Zoo Run for the Animals 5K/10K and you will not have access to your booth until that time. If you set up on Saturday, you will not be able to pull your car close to the booth due to the road closures.
- All tents must be weighed down.
- Security will be present throughout the night but the Wheaton Park District is not responsible for lost or stolen items (including tents).
- The Wheaton Park District reserves the right to make the final decision on vendors, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.
- Once your application is submitted, 3 photos of your work must be sent to [email protected].
- Exhibitors must be 18 years or older and must display for the duration of the show.
